SUMMARY:"The tomorrow of art"
DESCRIPTION:THE GALLERY WILL BE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC FOR SETUP ON THE FOLLOWING DAYS > 31st OCTOBER – 1st & 2nd NOVEMBER \n“If the world were clear\, art would not exist.” (Albert Camus) \nThe statement of the famous French philosopher and essayist Albert Camus reiterates the importance of art as a tool for understanding the world\, since as Paul Klee argued\, “art does not reproduce what is visible\, but makes visible what is not always it is.” \nToday art constitutes a privileged form of communication that allows us to express ourselves first and foremost and the sensation we have of what surrounds us from a personal point of view. \nIn the past\, the concept of “art” was synonymous with “sublime\, perfection\, the search for beauty” and was linked to aesthetic enjoyment and therefore to a function of mere pleasure. Over the centuries\, art has changed its connotation\, now becoming austere and mystical\, as in the Middle Ages\, or magnificent and ingenious as in the Renaissance\, and then reaching the present day\, where it has changed\, involving or evolving in the form of spectacularization or direct communication nonconformist\, depending on the trends. \nBut artistic creation itself\, what is it and therefore\, why promote and defend art instead of not being interested in it? \n“The tomorrow of Art” exhibition reflects and wonders about these questions\, perhaps banal and obvious\, but to which it is sometimes necessary and necessary to reiterate the answers. \nThe artists of “The tomorrow of Art” with their artworks guide us through a story\, an intimate and at the same time universal narrative\, which explores and represents the tomorrow. The artistic creations become parables\, in the etymological sense of the term “parà”\, near\, alongside and “ballein“\, throwing\, throwing\, that is\, bridges capable of activating communication\, knowledge and a conscious gaze on ourselves and on what surrounds us. One of the great magics of art is in fact precisely this: it allows us to anticipate and design our tomorrow\, reminding us that the first step in building the future is to imagine it. \nThe Opening reception of “The tomorrow of Art” exhibition will take place on Tuesday 3rd  November 2023 at 7.30 pm in via Borgo Ognissanti 77r\, Florence.\nDuring the opening a welcome drink will be offered while Jazz musicians will play live. \nVirginia Bazzechi Ganucci Cancellieri
